SelectionWare delivers web-based software that enables custom builders and contractors to operate as well-organized, productive and profitable businesses. This software was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly for builders, homebuyers and trade partners, yet robust enough to successfully manage and grow businesses.

Selections are the main concern of custom home builders in order for them to complete projects on time. With SelectionWare, homebuyers and remodelers have the ability to enter selections online by either selecting an option offered by the builder or entering a custom selection. Buyers are free to copy pictures, insert URLs or upload images and documents to communicate their choices. Trade partners can make recommendations to specific buyers when granted permission by the homebuilder.

SelectionWare delivers additional resources to assist small-volume builders with staying organized. Material specifications and blue prints can be instantly uploaded for both homebuyers and trade partners to view and download.

Additional features include:

BULLET Punch lists can be accessed by contractors and homebuyers. 
BULLET Photos can be uploaded to keep homebuyers informed on the progress of their home. 
BULLET Schedules and budgets can be viewed by homebuyers as builders enter and update details.
BULLET Internal email and project notes tools capture and record all details.
