BuilderTREND is a CRM and Web-based project management software tool used to streamline communication between contractors, subcontractors and homebuyers. With features such as online document and photo sharing, blueprints, photos, floor plans and drawings can be shared by everyone involved in a project.
The program's online construction scheduling and calendaring also facilitates communication by sending automatic email notifications that inform all members of any meetings, appointments, deadlines and other tasks, according to the vendor.
Thanks to BuilderTREND, homeowners are empowered throughout the homebuilding process with functions such as online change orders and warranty management, the vendor said.
