EZJOB Small Business Edition


EZJOB is a fully integrated job cost accounting system. Included modules are General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Inventory, and Project Management. The payroll module handles prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reporting, employees working under multiple unions, employees working in multiple states, employees working under multiple workers comp codes, entering time by employee or job, among other things. EZJOB warns the user when vendor's insurance is expired or if contracts have not been received and signed. EZJOB employes a FIFO inventory system built specifically for contractors.

The purchase order system integrates seamlessly with inventory and accounts payable. There are warnings in place when subcontract amounts have been reached. EZJOB uses SQL Server 2005 to store the data and was developed in Visual Studio 2005, providing a rich user interface. EZJOB retains a full audit trail and contains very detailed job cost reporting.
