We are deeply saddened to report that Paul Nobbs passed away the week of our website launch, and our warmest condolences and support go out to his family and friends. Mr. Nobbs had more than 25 years of experience in information systems largely focused on facilitate software selection and developing integrated solutions for companies in the construction industry. He had personally authored, designed, and provided job cost accounting and other software in addition to technical guidance to numerous construction companies. Mr. Nobbs applied his experience as a software author, IT professional, and industry expert to the over 70 job cost accounting (enterprise) software systems. Paul Nobbs Group continues to operate in the San Diego area.

Mr. Luke has more than thirteen years of international experience in risk management, cost and schedule controls, field engineering, project management, scheduling and project controls systems implementation. Mr. Luke has implemented web-based project controls systems for major pharmaceutical and retail organizations and has developed implementation methodology and detailed training materials for projects world-wide. He is part of the PMA risk management team, conducting cost and schedule risk management workshops globally for clients such as BP, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen Bio pharmaceutical, New York public agencies and Manhattan based commercial developers. Additionally, Peter is responsible for the development of integrated schedules and risk analysis for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Validation projects Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Wyeth and Amgen biopharmaceuticals.
