Procore Software Review: MEB
User Review

Review Summary
For the past year or two, Mid Eastern Builders (MEB) has been using Procore software for the design and construction phase of multiple construction projects, ranging from commercial and industrial to government and heavy civil.
Despite Procore's extensive capabilities, the software is easy to use, said Steve Bunting of MEB, meaning little training is required to get users up to speed. The software also easily integrates with MEB's other applications, reducing data-entry and error-introduction while improving productivity, he said. This also translates into speedier turnaround on MEB's construction projects.
"Procore really shaves time off a project, from beginning to end," Bunting said. "When MEB worked on the Metroplex One contract -- a 33,000-square-foot project that included six acres of development -- we were able to deliver in seven months, from the day the first tree was planted to occupancy. I don't believe we could have done it without Procore!"
Although Procore is easy to use, the vendor provides quality user support. "I've called many times, and each time everyone at Procore has been friendly, helpful and professional," noted Bunting.
Overall, Bunting rated Procore software a perfect 10 out of 10. "I've recommended it several times to other people who have the same responsibilities as me or [to] those companies that need an easy to use construction project management tool," he said.
Full Review
We've been using Procore software between 1 and 2 years.
Mid Eastern Builders, or MEB, has a diverse construction portfolio that includes all types of commercial, industrial, government, multi-family and hospitality, and heavy civil projects in the Hampton Roads region, the state of Virginia and throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.
We bought it through a Procore Technologies sales representative.
We spent $300 on this construction project management software.
We use Procore for the design and construction phase of multiple construction projects.
We liked Procore's clean look, its user-friendliness and its seamless integration with our existing software.
Yes.
Yes, but it didn't really meet all our needs in a user-friendly manner.
More than 10 people at are using Procore at MEB.
With Procore we have better coordination and a higher level of accountability from all team members. In addition, it is far easier to access information when working away from the office, whether it's at a client's site, on the road or at home.
Procore really shaves time off a project, from beginning to end. I don't believe we could have done it without Procore!
It is almost impossible to quantify the exact savings, but I am sure it's real numbers based on our experience with the Metroplex One and other clients.
For us, construction scheduling, requests for information (RFI) and submittal-tracking have been vastly improved by Procore.
Without question!
I'd like to see tools that help with lead generation.
I don't use the job costing capability.
I've recommended it several times to other people who have the same responsibilities as me or those companies that need an easy to use construction project-management tool.
Procore's easy to use, so you only need to be a beginner or intermediate user to take advantage of the software's capabilities.
Not at all, although the video tutorials were very useful.
I've called many times, and each time everyone at Procore has been friendly, helpful and professional.
It is excellent.
Yes.
10.
