Procore Site Pro Software Review

Review Summary
Chaska, Minnesota homebuilder On the Level has been using Procore's Site Pro for five years for construction scheduling, job log management and communication. President Chris Thompson said Site Pro has better organized its jobs, simplified scheduling, and provided better record keeping for jobs than the manual methods they had used in the past. For example, a subcontractor can check in before he shows up to make sure that his work has not been postponed from problems with other jobs, Thompson said.
With Procore's Web-based project management software, trades are able to look at the daily log and find our which other trades showed up at the job resulting in better job scheduling and organization. Thompson noted, "We never used to keep a daily job log. It's nice to get all the information [such as emails] on a disk when the job is complete….In this day and age," he added, when firms must be prepared for litigation, "you've got to have complete records of all this and more."
Procore is ideal for custom builders. As Thompson explained, "Trades are able to look at the daily log and find our which other trades showed up at the job resulting in better job scheduling and organization."
Overall, Thompson rated Procore's Site Pro a 9 out of 10.

About five years.
High-end custom homes
I bought Site Pro directly from Procore.
We pay a one-time fee as well as a monthly fee. (According to the Procore website, monthly fees range from $95 per month for the Basic version to $295 for the Contractor version to $595 for the Enterprise version.)
We use Site Pro for construction scheduling, job log management and communication.
It is easy to use.
No.
No.
Three employees and most of our subcontractors log on.
We now have more organized jobs, easier scheduling and better record keeping.
Subcontractors can look at the job log and see that the job is going to be ready for them on schedule
It is hard to say.
The best features are email communication and the application's daily job log.
Yes.
I can't say. If I did I'd be giving away all my secrets to the software I invented
We don't use the Inventory and Allowances modules of Site Pro, as our firm doesn't have any.
Custom builders would benefit from Site Pro.
Zero.
No.
Yes, and support staff members have been very helpful.
Good.
Site Pro is Web-based, so there aren't any upgrades to get -- all upgrades are automatic.
