PRISM JOB COSTING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE OVERVIEW
ARES Corp. develops an array of project management and job costing software for clients in aerospace, defense, construction, oil and gas, government and electrical utilities. Many of those customers have invested in the PRISM Management suite, which helps ensure that projects meet cost and design specifications once clients are ready to turn them over to operations, according to Burlingame, California-based ARES.
The PRISM Management suite can be used for contract administration, procurement and capital cost estimating, and to manage engineering, materials and risk. Individual products within the suite include PRISM Project Estimator and PRISM Project Manager, which collectively help clients manage data related to capital improvement projects; PRISM Executive, which provides a dashboard highlighting project cost and construction schedule performance, and PRISM Risk Manager, which is used for identifying and managing technical, construction schedule and cost risks.
Meanwhile, the PRISM Enterprise Suite provides financial, resource and construction project management functionalities in one platform; this eases the processes of conducting internal job costing and profitability analysis, according to ARES.
