EADOC LLC’s self-named software is a Web-based construction project management software solution that is accessible on any computer, via any browser. The solution is available as a packaged or hosted application.

The Oakland, California-based vendor supports multiple construction project management and financial tasks; moreover, it eases the exchange of electronic project documents, eliminating the need to print, file, fax and ship multiple documents to multiple users. The types of documents that can be exchanged electronically include RFIs, submittals, punch lists and drawings.

EADOC, which is customizable during set-up, features an automatically generated workflow, a free 30-day demo, a built-in reporting tool and automatic document logging. To ensure security, the program incorporates Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technologies. Typically, users need one to four hours of training, EADOC stated.

Pricing for this Web-based project management software starts at $400 per month per project, for an unlimited number of users. A free 30-day demo is version is also available.
