Estimating allows you to import purchase order and line item quantities from existing estimating systems (Sage Timberline Office, Sage Master Builder, QuickBooks, others); import purchase order and line item quantities from Excel spreadsheets; create your own purchase order forms in self designed MS Word templates; and generate purchase orders from imported data and your MS Word templates.
Project Management can be used to create multiple MS Word Templates for Approval Documents: ASI, RFI, PO, Prime Contract, Subcontract, Change Orders, Submittals, Transmittals; track, route, and monitor approval documents; manage reference documents: Drawings, specification , pictures and more. Communicate via the web, fax, or email where you're able to attach documents to both resources and tasks, auto generate notification alerts on late documents, and view onsite web cams.
Field Reporting allows you to check on weather conditions, visitors, safety issues and purchase order deliveries. View task completion by % or check box; self perform time cards; view field attachments (pictures, documents).
Resource Management allows you to manage subcontractors, self perform, equipment rental, equipment usage and other resources. Use the Cross Project Gantt Resource utilization, automatic notification when trying to double schedule resources and capture field hours and send to accounting. Link resources to tasks, documents and costs, and use over and under resource utilization reports.
Bid Solicitation allows you to merge potential bid resources into MS Word bid templates; attach Virtual Plan Room documents; select vendors by cost code, trade, affiliation, and geography; track bid requests that are emailed or faxed; automatically re-send initial failures; and track incoming bid intentions and responses.
HeadsUp Alerts are automatically emailed or faxed to supervisors and person(s) responsible for task or document completion across projects. Alerts can be prioritized by impact on budget and completion date and feature power search by project manager, task, type of document, and severity; and allow you to monitor tasks, approval documents and punch list items that need attention.
Reporting offers access to real time data for all reports. Employ Crystal Reports with MS SQL Database and convert Reports into PDF or Excel Documents.
