In addition, the Management Suite, designed for subcontractors and specialty and service contractors, spans all aspects of construction, from takeoff through the final bid. This suite covers takeoff, construction estimating and proposal management allows users to track key construction project management tasks such as financials, equipment and procurement.
StreetSmarts, meanwhile, is construction management software designed for heavy/highway contractors. Key capabilities include equipment, materials and financial management, according to the vendor.
Maxwell Systems also provides a number of add-ons to its main construction management software offerings. These include the following modules:

EstimationLogistics addresses the requirements of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical contractors, while Quest Estimating was designed for residential, commercial, subcontracting and site-work firms.
Finally, Maxwell Systems' Colonial is a business management solution for both property managers and developers. It includes financial management and forecasting and budget management capabilities, the vendor said.
