BID2WIN's construction estimating and management software suite of enterprise-class combines the estimating and bidding process with real-time tracking and management of data in the field; this, the vendor said, lets contractors first achieve higher success rates in the bids submitted and then increase profitability in the jobs that are won.
Padula had looked at other bid management products but found that Bid2Win appeared to be the easiest to use. "The ease [with which] crews and individual components of labor, material or equipment could be added or changed was a big plus," he explained. "The global edit feature where you can change labor, equipment, or material prices in the entire bid was also important."
Bid2Win's customer support also exceeded Stavola's expectations, Padula said.
Overall, Padula rated Bid2Win a perfect 10 out of 10 for creating
