Along with its job costing software, Wennsoft offers a variety of services to its users. Virtual Classroom Training allows users to receive training right from their office, Quarterly Training at Wennsoft is a two-day course at Wennsoft headquarters, and Training at Your Location provides a customized agenda, the vendor said. Additionally, Wennsoft employs consultants who will provide templates, samples and tools shortly after meeting with companies to grasp the scope of their project. These consultants offer their services to a wide range of industries and can assist their users with implementation, training and support, the vendor said. Wennsoft also provides 24/7 online support.

Service Management Series
Wennsoft's service management software series consists of Service Call Management and Service Dispatch functionalities. Service Call Management is a tracking and reporting solution that provides technicians with the accurate details they need to complete an assigned job, such as a detailed work order or complete service history. By using Service Call Management, technicians are able to cut service response time, the vendor said. Service Dispatch, meanwhile, lets users access all their customer information to enhance their customer service. The Service Dispatch allows technicians to quickly adjust workloads, set up or change appointments and update call statuses.
