Pronto Forms gives field workers access to customized forms, such as expense reports, audits, inspections, time cards, sales, job reports and supply lists. Users create the forms themselves without needing any programming or coding skills, or start with a sample form, according to the vendor. From there, workers enter any information from the field and export it in CSV, Excel, PDF, XML or HTML formats

Pronto Forms has GPS capabilities, so forms can be equipped with GeoStamping. Any form with a GeoStamp will automatically record the time it was completed, as well as the location. This makes it easy to verify worker’s time cards, as well as the progress of a project, the vendor said. Another useful feature, Photocapture, lets workers take pictures and attach them directly to forms.
