The Management Suite, designed for subcontractors and specialty and service contractors, spans all aspects of construction, from takeoff through the final bid. StreetSmarts, meanwhile, is construction management software designed for heavy/highway contractors. Key capabilities include equipment, materials and financial management, according to the vendor.
Maxwell Systems' Colonial is a business management solution for both property managers and developers. It includes financial management and forecasting and budget management capabilities, the vendor said.
Quest Estimation Logistics consists of Estimation Digital Takeoff, trade-specific cost estimating tools, management software, optional components and hardware components. Each module integrates with other Maxwell products, and information is automatically shared between applications, the vendor said.
