The Jonas Job Cost system combines all the tools you need to manage your projects from initial bid to completion.  With the Job Cost system, all aspects of project adminstration can be handled from a single screen.  Integration with the other Jonas solution systems allows you and your project mangers to access critical details related to the customer, inventory, and equipment to make profitable decisions using real-time information.  Other Job Cost related modules include Takeoff, Construction Management, Job Scheduling, Change Order Management, Subcontractor Control, Progress Billing and a module specific to HomeBuilding Subcontractors. 

Jonas Service Management is a fully integrated work order management solution that combines work order billing, preventative maintenance contracts, flat rate pricing and dispatching capabilities into a single system designed specifically for service contractors.  By utilizing the Service system, you can manage work orders, customer service and technician productivity to increase profitability of your service operation.

Inventory & Equipment: Managing inventory and keeping track of tools and equipment are critical to the profitability of every construction company or service contractor.  The Jonas Software System consist of six optional inventory and equipment modules that give you a complete system to ensure that materials and equipment dont fall through the cracks.

Jonas Mobile offers service contractors a new tool that will dramatically increase dispatcher and tech productivity while improving customer satisfaction and reducing billing cycle times.  Jonas Mobile allows work orders to move between your dispatcher and field technicians via a hand held device thereby reducing the need for calls back or trips back to the office to drop off paperwork while eliminating the double entry of data as your techs enter information straight into your system from the field.

Jonas Document Management: Fully integrated with the entire Jonas solution, Document Management allows you to electronically capture, file, organize, retrieve, share, manage and generally control all documents generated from your Jonas Software system and third party applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF files).

Web Portal Solutions: Jonas easy-to-use hosted web based applications include eService, eTimesheet and eBackup.  Jonas eService is a used web portal for our customer's customers to log work orders, view work order and equipment history and see their outstanding accounts payable.  eTimesheets is used as an online labor time entry portal for employees to enter their timesheets over the web.  Jonas eBackup is a uniqe alternative to traditional backup methods, replacing conventional tape based systems with a fully automated online solution.  It provides centralized and automated backups of PCs, file servers and application/database servers with secure offsite storage and online restoration.
