DocuSphere Workflow, one of the main products in the DocuSphere line, enables documents and data to travel from one business activity to another instantly. It allows for the standardization of the work process at all levels, allowing users to access complete audit trails and permanent transactional history from beginning to end, the vendor said.

 

DocuSphere Workflow features a graphic design process design function, web-based utilities, standard e-mail system integration and configurable activity alert or alarm message notifications, the vendor said. Workflow also features two additional advanced modules: auto voucher and pass-through billing.

The DocuSphere Content Manager, meanwhile, is an integrated document management and imaging tool that enables management of business documents across internal data networks and the Internet. All information is retrievable through desktop access. Features include powerful search capabilities, unlimited indices and index field sizes, support of all standard file formats, version control, document preview, full mark-up and annotation, e-mail system integration and folder management, the vendor said.

Additional modules include DocuSphere All-in-One for AP, an accounts payable program that integrates with JD Edwards; DocuSphere for Documentum, which integrates with EMC’s Documentum product line, and ERP Integration, which integrates enterprise resource planning products with DocuSphere Workflow and DocuSphere Content Manager.
