The WinTRF Time & Material Billing System runs in any Windows environment and can be installed on one workstation or on a network for use on multiple computers. To expand its capabilities, contractors can also purchase an add-on electrical or mechanical database.

WinTRF Time & Material Billing comes with a number of user-definable features, such as work orders, invoices, menus and data import/export for use with third-party construction accounting software. Users can print work orders directly from the invoice creation screen, and invoice detail may easily be exported both to a spreadsheet and accounting package. Moreover, multiple invoices can be consolidated into one statement for easy printing, according to Cert-In. 

Users can look up a customer by name, job number or date, and they can attach an unlimited number of jobs to a customer, the vendor said.

WinTRF Time & Material Billing also supports multiple taxing districts, tracks cost-not-to-exceed values and automatically posts invoice totals. Users can separate overhead, mark-up and tax for labor, material and other items.
